Enter liveyoga’s online studio. The most amazing thing about being online is the option to either access a live class and connect directly with the teacher alongside practising virtually with team members or if timings don’t work that day employees have full access to the online class library.

How does it work? Pricing is worked out on a rolling scale based on how many employees wish to utilise the online sessions. I recommend booking in 10 week blocks to give staff a good opportunity to use the classes and get into a routine. A code then gets issued for each employee to set up an account and access the classes directly through the website.
