Join me in my virtual well being studio with access to 6 yoga classes and meditations weekly and a vast library. There are a variety of weekly plans to choose from which can be cancelled at anytime and if there is more than 1 person in the household that would like to access the classes you simply need to select Online & Library Unlimited.

Online: access to LIVE online classes
Library: access to the online library (over 100 classes)
In-Person: you attend face to face classes with me as well as online therefore can benefit from a reduced and unlimited online membership

My desire is to offer you space to enable you to practice at home to encourage movement, breathing and mindfulness whilst we continue to navigate, as a whole, this uncharted territory.

Creating an online community has been incredibly fulfilling, staying connected and practicing together through LIVE classes has and continues to be hugely rewarding.
